· Act as the management representative to develop, implement and make continuous improvement of quality system and policy
· Ensure all ISO/OSHAS standards and procedures are adhered to each other
· Ensure the quality and EHS system trainings in the whole organization and maintain all the training records
· Organize and conduct monthly Quality/Safety/Environmental Committee Meetings
· Monitor product quality to ensure it is up to company/customer standards
· Lead the continuous improvement at all levels
· Manage the calibrations for all measuring devices
· Investigate quality issues and initiate corrective action
· Investigate all customer rejects and generate corrective actions reports as needed.
· Assist Purchasing with supplier claims (gather, photos, samples, etc.)
· Testing of material at outside laboratories
· Create customer Test Report
· Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets for all internal products used and external products shipped
· All other duties assigned by the superior
任職資格：
1 Above 10 years work experience in quality related function, with at least 3 years in management position, automotive industry experience preferred.
2 Quality system knowledge (TS16949, control plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Customer Specific System Request, etc.）
3 Related product and process knowledge
4 Six Sigma/ Lean Manufacturing
