. 較強(qiáng)的統(tǒng)計(jì)或數(shù)學(xué)專業(yè)背景
 
· 具備15年以上數(shù)據(jù)分析、統(tǒng)計(jì)模型、業(yè)務(wù)策略的能力或經(jīng)驗(yàn)
 
· 能夠熟練運(yùn)用SAS、R、Python或Model Builder
 
· 擁有銀行或金融機(jī)構(gòu)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
 
· 具備個(gè)人信貸周期管理的能力，包括但不限于信貸審批，貸后管理，催收和反欺詐等
 
· 具備作為項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理，獨(dú)立負(fù)責(zé)咨詢項(xiàng)目的能力，對(duì)外與客戶高層順暢溝通，對(duì)內(nèi)可以做好團(tuán)隊(duì)管理和建設(shè)
 
· 可以接受出差任務(wù)（>=50% ）
 
 
 
Title: Analytic Consulting-Director
 
Business Unit: Professional Services
 
Reporting to: Client Sales Management-Sr Director
 
Location: Beijing/Shanghai
 
Travel: >=50%
 
This role based in Beijing/Shanghai would spearhead the Analytics science across China Region.
 
Responsibilities:
 
 
 
Be responsible for designing and developing state-of-the-art, data-driven exploratory analysis to build and evaluate predictive and decision models to solve business problems across financial, telco, insurance and other industries. End results include the design, development and deployment of statistical and decision models.
Manage the analytic components of the project, including project schedules, workflow, and direction to the analytic team and ensure the client's business objectives are incorporated into the analytic plan.
Communicate key analytic findings to client and are responsible for addressing client's analytic concerns.
Conceive, plan and conduct investigations and experiments in uncharted areas, invent new methodologies or approaches to problems and translate them into improvements in FICO's products or tools and represent the company at industry conferences, promoting the company to audiences of clients, regulators, legislators, or the media.
 
 
 
 
Skills & Experience:
 
Bachelor degree or above, with over 20 years experience in SME business area
Specialized in SME banking industry and risk management
Expert in analytics and modeling, Basel compliance
Strong communication, presentation and client facing skill sets
Quick problem solving capabilities. Lead project team to deliver projects on time with client’s satisfaction.
