職位要求：

1. 博士，7年以上藥物化學(xué)研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，其中3年以上國外公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

2. 具有3年以上研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)（20-50人）。

3. 具有扎實(shí)的有機(jī)合成知識，精通新藥研發(fā)各階段的藥化知識，尤其是先導(dǎo)化合物的發(fā)現(xiàn)、優(yōu)化及如何建立化合物的構(gòu)效關(guān)系。

4. 擅長應(yīng)用化合物與蛋白酶的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)來合理設(shè)計新型的目標(biāo)分子路線；具有一定的ADME方面的知識，并能通過化合物分子的結(jié)構(gòu)變化來改善其體內(nèi)、外的藥代動力學(xué)性能。

5. 具有豐富的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，很強(qiáng)的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力，為研發(fā)人員提供指導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)，能夠獨(dú)立帶領(lǐng)2-3個研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成新藥研發(fā)任務(wù)。

6. 熟練掌握化學(xué)專業(yè)英語，在聽、說、讀、寫方面能與國外客戶進(jìn)行交流。





Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise team(s) of medicinal chemists (BS, MS and Ph.D. levels)

- Scientific leadership for driving successful outcomes of various drug discovery initiatives/efforts

- Effective management of resource allocation and utilization

- Recruit and develop key staffs/employees





Requirements:

- Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry with strong scientific/publication track record

- Must have 3+years working experience in pharmaceutical company abroad.

- 7+ years drug discovery experience in leading team solving challenging synthetic problem and medicinal chemistry issues

- An experienced individual to lead multiple group of medicinal chemists working on the hit identification, hit to lead optimization, and development of SAR for modern drug discovery

- Extensive experience and knowledge of structure-based drug design using protein structure information for medicinal chemistry research is also preferred

- Ability to coach, mentor and develop coworkers and younger staffs
